notanengineer, we are on the same page as far as London Calling goes. Such an excellent album. The only band that matters!

2) Lateralus - Tool
3) Tubular Bells - Mike Oldfield

Well, Remedy Lane and Close to the Edge are two separate albums, and I just put them both tied in second… so I skipped to 4th afterward so that way I don’t list 6 albums.

I’ve got really oddball taste when it comes to music, so…

Transatlanticism - Death Cab for Cutie
Mos Def & Talib Kweli Are Black Star - Black Star

Rain Dogs-Tom Waits
Brothers In Arms-Dire Straits
Who’s Next-The Who
Wish You Were Here-Pink Floyd
Are You Experienced?-The Jimi Hendrix Experience

Am I crazy for thinking The Clash US Version is a way better record all around than London Calling?

I don’t have that album, but I’m looking at the track listing. I’ve heard most of the songs off it. Side One is nothing but great songs. I don’t know a few songs off Side Two, but the ones I do know are great. London Calling also has Train in Vain, which I hate.

Currently:

 1. Vampire Weekend - Vampire Weekend
 2. Funeral - Arcade Fire
 3. Fleet Foxes - Fleet Foxes
 4. Contra - Vampire Weekend
 5. Veckatimest - Grizzly Bear/Neon Bible - Arcade Fire
