<p>Well, technically speaking, very few top B-schools truly require work experience. Every year, some people are admitted to Harvard Business School, Stanford GSB, and other top B-schools with zero work experience. It’s just not common.</p>
<p>Well, I wouldn’t go so far as to say that it would be pointless. Frankly speaking, most entry-level jobs available to new college grads are unimpressive: they don’t pay particularly well, they don’t really provide strong opportunities for advancement, career training or networking opportunities. They would probably be better off attending a top MBA program instead.</p>
<p>If they can get in, that is. Like I said before, most undergrads without work experience won’t get into any top B-schools. But for the handful that do, unless they have an exceptional job opportunity, they should probably attend.</p>
