Top MBA programs and disability

I'll be very straightforward. I am almost done with my degree at a Big 10 university. I have majored in Art- graphic design. I am going to apply to marketing programs with companies like General Mills/Deloitte and/or to a non profit company as a program associate after I complete my degree with the intention of eventually getting an MBA after 6-7 years of advanced work. I can speak/write/read Hindi fluently. I plan on sometime before applying to MBA programs to go abroad to India and help a cause. I have had multiple internships in graphic design and one in marketing. I was an officer of a student organization at the school I am currently attending and have helped that organization through marketing communications and branding. I plan on creating and founding a website that helps a greater cause. I plan on volunteering at a cultural or disability-aimed organization while completing a job. I have a disability that has unfortunately but seriously affected my undergraduate performance as well as my ability to perform well on the GMAT. My cumulative GPA is 3.4. Along with a BS in Art I also have an Honors degree in the Liberal Arts (Honors GPA: 3.9). I hope to receive a GMAT score of 670-700. In the MBA essays, I will write about my disability and how it has matured me as a person and made me more focused in my goals and aspirations. I am a female. I am South Asian.
