Top-tier Colleges with bad Freshman grades?

My freshman GPA is around 3.3, but I currently have a 3.9 on my sophomore + junior year (without my freshman grades). I sadly only had 2 honors classes during my freshman and sophomore, but I am currently taking 4 AP classes on my junior year. Will I still have a good chance getting into top-tier colleges? Not colleges like Harvard or Yale, but Cornell?

Edit: I have a cumulative GPA of 3.6-3.7 UW and should be getting a 3.8 UW at graduation.

We need more info. What do you consider top tier? Is your school a feeder school to top tier colleges? What is your class rank?

Colleges like Cornell, and especially Cornell. My school tends to focus on in-state colleges. I’m assuming I’m in the top 20%, and will be getting into the 10% in a couple of semesters.
