Does anyone know what the chance of getting the towers scholarship is? My daughter got invited to compete and we are just wondering what the odds are for her. Thanks!
According to the college’s web site, they invite about 200 and give the scholarship to 20, so 10% chance.
It depends-to some extent-on the number of candidates that come down to compete. 3 years ago, Trinity had such overwhelming response that they adjusted the number upwards to compensate to, I believe, 20 full scholarships.
For that year, I believe the figures were 20 for 280.
I would call Admissions and ask directly.
I would also note that they had lots of opportunities to tour the campuses and meet all the faculty, too.
