Traffic Violation = Legal Violation on app?

So I'm working on my Florida State University application and this is the question:

"Have you ever been charged with a violation of the law which resulted in, or if still pending could result in, probation, community service, a jail sentence, or the revocation or suspension of your driver's license (including traffic violations which resulted in a fine of $200 or more)? You are required to furnish FSU with a list of all violations, and must include a statement telling us what you have learned from your past action(s)."

I've gotten a traffic violation ticket in the amount of $240. So it's over $200, but it did not (can not and will not) result in "probation, community service, jail, or the revocation/suspension of my driver's license" as the question asks. I'm not sure if I am supposed to answer yes or no in this case.

Then no, it does not seem to apply.

That’s tricky, because it clearly states, “INCLUDING traffic violations which resulted in a fine of $200 or more.”

If it were me, I would call and explain the situation and ask what you should do. Get the person’s name, if they tell you to not show the ticket!

It clearly says “probation, community service, a jail sentence, or the revocation or suspension of your driver’s license” so no, does not apply.

Here’s how I see it:

Answer yes if you have any of the following:
-Violation that could or did result in:
----Probation
----Community Service
----Jail
----Revocation/Suspension of Driver’s license
------INCLUDING tickets >$200

I don’t know if my little outline is a good enough visual to illustrate what I mean, but since the “revocation of driver’s license” doesn’t apply to me, then any sub-criteria (ticket being greater than >$200) are automatically inapplicable. If it had said “… OR tickets greater than $200”, it’d be a different story.

But I guess it doesn’t matter anymore, I already chose no and submitted part one of the application and cannot go back.
