Apply as a junior transfer

I am currently attending Miami Dade College and majoring in biology. I am currently entering my second year and have an overall GPA of 3.48. My first year i was a member of the honors college but not anymore. I plan to take up to linear algebra and take physics 1 and 2 with labs. I have a part time job and have over 100 hours of volunteer work at the UM hospital.

What are my chances of getting into
-UM
-UF
-FSU
-UCF
-FSU

Sorry to go off topic, but how was Dade honors? im a senior and was planning on applying there. Any thoughts or info would be appreciated.

Dade honors is excellent. I went to the wolfson campus and it was a great atmosphere with excellent teachers and director. It’s a stepping stone to transferring to big named universities. The director meets with you every semester and helps you pick your classes and stay on track. The only reason i’m not there is because my GPA fell below the 3.5.
It’s a good option if you still don’t want to leave home or if money is an issue.

Thats great to know! I’m most likely going to attend the honors college the following year since my chances of entering UM are slim. As for your situation, i really have no idea what to tell you, i would guess to raise your GPA a little higher for UM and UF

I had a terrible GPA in high school and i got accepted to UM for the spring. So just try your luck man.But if you go dade honors you won’t regret it.
