The deadline for Cal State East Bay’s transcripts was Feb 15. I mailed mine post marked on the 13th of Feb. It is March 18 and I still have not heard back. On the CSUEB portal, it says that my trancript has merely been ‘initiated’ and not recieved. What do I do?
