Thanks for looking at this. I need some advice on my chances of admission, and I am far from a traditional student. I went to college for a year after high school, joined the Navy, and went to college for one more semester while in the Navy. My service will be up in time for the upcoming Fall semester. My info is below.

note: college GPA progressed. My first semester, in the fall of 2007, I had a 2.12 GPA. My second semester, spring 2008, I had a 3.25 GPA. In my 2009 summer semester I had a 3.7GPA.

So, what are my chances transfer to these colleges:
Boston University
Bates College
Tulane University
Purdue University
Centre College
Colby College
Bucknell University
Penn State University Park
Vanderbilt
UNH

I know it's a long list, but I think that most of these colleges will be out of my reach. If anyone knows of any other schools that have good physics programs that I might have a good shot of getting into, please let me know.
