<p>Does anyone know when VT decides on transfer applications? For example, if it requests your final undergraduate transcript, will they decide before receiving this?</p>
<p>I emailed the admissions office about this the other day, if you get accepted they will ask for it. You do not need it until you have been offered admission. If youre worried about them having all of your paper work I would call the admissions office they are good with helping people with this. But I think as long as this is the only thing that shows up as not received you should be good!</p>
