<p>yeah im getting really nervous. im applying with a 3.6 overall gpa and a 3.7 gpa in my major (history major) asking for no money once so ever. im just worried about my writing supplement because it was quite short but im praying that because im applying as a history major verse an international studies major at the elliot school it will benefit me. does anyone know the average transfer gpa? and if so do i stand a decent chance?</p>
<p>@sarahs999 i think you’re basically in. When I applied to American, which seems to be SLIGHTLY less selective, I got a scholarship for being in the top 10% of accepted applicants with only a 3.63(maybe 3.7 depending how they looked at it)</p>
<p>Anyway guys, another day…GW admissions put us out of our misery. </p>
<p>UGH! My application went from under review to incomplete yesterday. I visited them at the end of last week and they said all was fine and they were in the process of deciding…application was fine. I sent a follow up email and no reply.</p>
<p>They also said that June 1st would be the absolute latest…so that’s a Sunday, so it could be Monday Jun 2nd. They also said that if everything was received (including transcripts, not the app only) on time, it would be decided.</p>
<p>Here’s to another agonizing day of waiting.</p>

<p>@Equality72521 I am not sure if there is a set date…when I visited they said June 1st. When I originally contacted them they said the end of April, and then mid-May</p>
<p>I was told late May early June. still waiting…they did this last year with the waitlists too </p>
<p>that happened to me too! @ CTransfer2017 i managed to send everything in and the lady felt so bad that two months ago they told me they had everythign and just now were telling me they needed one more thing. so weird</p>

<p>accepted. I plan on dorming but it seems that we don’t get to choose where we live? it’s assigned? I’m not entirely sure on thsi.</p>
