<p>I applied for a engg transfer to IUPUI(indiana univ purdue univ indiana) and have been selected.its theonly place i applied for spring 07
i believe that if i join it i have a real chance to transfer to purdue west lafayette as the two have some sort of agreement.</p>
<p>I actually want to transfer to stanford(only possible in fall 07)
my SAT 2 maths and physcis scores are 800
i havent given the ACT
i have been in the top 1-2% of the class in 10th,11th and 12th grades
and involved in other things like robotics etc
but my grades in the freshman(first) year of college are not upto the mark
due to certain personal problems
though they have improved in the sophomore(2nd yr) </p>
<p>so shud i transfer to IUPUI ritenow
will it improve my chances of going to stanford in fall???
going to IUPUI rite now would be a huge added financial burden
please advice</p>
