Transfer advice?

Hello, I'm trying to decide where I should I apply to transfer this fall. I am a student at a community college who returned to school after a couple of years of working in construction following high school. I'm hoping to transfer to a somewhat selective four year school this fall for spring admission. My CC GPA is 3.9 after two semesters. I have taken somewhat challenging courses including calculus. My high school GPA is not good, I think around 2.0. My SAT scores were 800 verbal, 560 math and 640 writing, (2000 cum.).

I'm not sure where I'll be able to get in given my poor high school grades, and whether or not not my test scores and cc GPA will balance that out. I'd love to hear from people who went through a similar experience, or know someone who did. I was considering applying to Northeastern, Boston College, BU and UVa for starters. what do you think my chances at those schools would be?

I am also totally open to other suggestions including anywhere in the US, that has spring transfer obviously and is somewhat competeive academically.

Thanks, I'm interested to see what you say.

How much time do you have in CC right now? If you do a full two years in CC most colleges will not look at your HS info. What is your home state? What can you afford?

I will have completed two semesters by this fall, I’m in Massachusetts, I will be able to afford most private schools with some help fom family, thanks
