Not the biggest fan of everyone asking about their chances on this site, but now that Im in the middle of transferring, I thought I might as well see where I stand. Not to mention I've taken a very unusual academic path.

To make this short and sweet: I graduated highschool with a 1.8 GPA. Never took SAT or ACT. My younger brother was diagnosed with a terminal illness my junior year and that completley threw my focus off. After highschool I took a gap year in order to help my mom care for my brother. After that I enrolled in a California community college where through 3 semesters and 35 units I had a 3.79 GPA. My fourth semester in my brother fell ill again and a large tumor was found in his hip. My grades suffered slightly and my GPA fell to a 3.59. I applied to study abroad in London with NYU Stern. Was accepted and recieved their largest scholarship and thats where I am today. So far Im doing well here and expect to recieve a 3.75-4.00 GPA on the semester.

I am far more involved musically than I am academically as you can see from my ECs. declared major is music business.
