Hi everyone,

I was hoping you could tell me my chances based on your experiences of Lehigh University. I am hoping to transfer there for the Fall 2016 Semester of my junior year.

High School (Didn’t do too well in high school):
3.0 GPA
1500 SAT

Extra Curriculurs:
Community Service with my church

College:
3.7 GPA
3 Semester’s of Dean’s List
Member of a National Honor’s Society
Foundation Scholarship Award recipient

Essay:
I thoroughly explained why I want to attend their university, and described which clubs and organizations I will want to be joining if I attend. I also talked about my accomplishments at my current college, along with my future plans regarding my education and career.

Extra’s:
Very strong recommendation letter from a professor I took multiple times.
If it makes a difference in deciding I have a relative who works there, they were put on my application.

I plan on attending Lehigh University to obtain my degree in Marketing, and will be applying to go into my junior year.

This depends on what college you’re going to right now. A 3.7 GPA is good, but they need to see it in relation to where you are.

It is a local two year college by Lehigh. They have transfer agreements for about 12 or so different majors, and base some of their curriculum off of Lehigh’s.
