What are the transfer rates like at these schools? Is the fin. aid okay for transfers?...any ideas for safety transfers? I know my SATs are low...if I prove myself well in college do you think it will matter? Oh yea, I am looking to study Spanish/Russian or some sort of Classics.</p>
