Transfer chances of getting into Bucknell University?
Major = Biochemistry

wmtribe,

per bucknells website, sat or act scores are required for transfer admission:
Admissions || Transfer Student Requirements || Bucknell University

however, i would confirm this, as there seems to be conflicting information out there.

in terms of your chances, at smaller schools it really comes down to the number of slots available based on freshmen enrollment and retention. that this years freshman class is larger than anticipated (a record 960) doesnt help the fact that only 28 of 219 transfer applicants were accepted to enroll last fall. the numbers might be worse for you, though, it still doesnt speak to the quality of accepted transfer applicants. that is something on which i dont have any information.

in general, i would suggest that you search for a document call the 'common data set' on a schools website. hopefully a few will be available to provide you some sense of the number of students who apply for transfer admission as well as how many are accepted, each year. you should find that some seemingly similar schools appear to be much more transfer-friendly than others.
