Does anyone know whether Harvard ordinarily gives credit for pass or fail courses taken at a transfer student's previous college? One of the classes I took last semester was a pass or fail one; I'm wondering if it'll be recognized by the university. Thank you!

Any clue? See, at my current college, I’m only allowed to take six credit courses and one pass/fail course in first year. No more, no less. Harvard told me I could apply for transfer admission into sophomore year with seven transferable course credits. I don’t want to waste time applying if my pass/fail class won’t count for anything and will disqualify my application.

Are there any successful transfer students on here who might be able to help me out?

You may also want to try the transfer forum where the posters may be more knowledgeable on the topic:

Thanks for the suggestion. I just thought posting on the relevant college board would be more fruitful. xD
