probably won’t attend; poor aid.

Accepted! Just checked me ecampus! Turned in application on Jan 30th. 3.74 GPA at a 4 year university. So happy right now!!

just got official mail today. postmarked 4/5/12

s64693, would you mind telling us much aid you got? And what were your grades and extracurriculars?

Got accepted to the Leavey School of Business yesterday! From a JC, 3.80 GPA.

I only got a 15k grant along with ~5k loans. Anyone mind sharing what they got?

What’s your family income like? I’m still waiting for my financial aid letter to arrive

~10k EFC. Is there any way to appeal?

@s64693 Unfortunately, SCU doesn’t grant many appeals, according to their website. And don’t feel bad, my financial aid offer was only an unsubsidized loan for $5,500 at 6.8% interest… Guess its time to start applying for private scholarships! There really is a lot of money out there. For a couple months, my cousin worked on scholarship essays and was able to obtain $30k to help pay for graduate school!

SCUftw, whats your EFC?

Congrats on getting in, by the way!

Has SCU set a date when transfers will be notified by?

Got my acceptance in the mail! Still waiting for financial aid, though…

Leavey School of Business, 3.85 gpa

Congrats qwert1!!

Thanks SCUftw!

If we haven’t heard back by now, does this mean we are rejected?

what were your stats?

In prior years, I have heard of transfer students hearing positive news in early June.

I got in! I got in! I got in! I got in! I got in!

Your post made me smile so much! Congratulations shawn26!!
