Transfer for 4th and 5th year

<p>For colleges that don't have the "cap" on the number of years or credit hours (i.e. some schools you can't apply if you have too many credit hours or if you are already at junior year standing), would it be ok to transfer into 4th year and 5th year?</p>

<p>My reasons are beyond academic but also athletic, of wanting to compete in a DI school but I realized my passions a little too late :/</p>
