Transfer from a small LAC in New England

Hi, I am currently a freshman at a Catholic LAC in Rhode Island. Im not sure how much I really love the school, and I was hoping to transfer to a school with a better name. My HS GPA was mediocre, but i had a large upward trend from B's and C's freshman year to straight A's senior year. I am an accounting major at my college right now and made the deans list this first semester.
My HS GPA was: 3.65 weighted (3.18 unweighted)
MY college GPA currently is: 3.81
SATs: 1900 (out of 2400) or 1200 (out of 1600)

I did a ton of extracurriculars in HS including Crew, Track, Pres of the student awareness program. In college i've done campus ministry, debate team, accounting association, mentoring, and taught mentally challenged adults how to read once a week. I am a pretty well rounded kid, and i was hoping to transfer to a better school with people who are more like myself.

My potential choices now are:
Holy Cross
Boston College
Georgetown (REACH)
Lehigh
Villanova
Colby

If anyone could chance me on these I would really appreciate it - I just need a general picture on if I have any change. If it helps I was rejected from Holy Cross, Villanova, and Lehigh when I applied for freshman admission. Thank you very much

bump......anyone?

hmmm...your hs record will have more weight than one semester worth of college grades... that 3.18 uw could hold you back...you should be in at holy cross and villanova...lehigh looks matchy...bc, colby, and gtown look to be reachy, but if you applied as a junior with that gpa you would have a much better shot

thanks for the insight...anybody else?

I good semester at an average college is very probably not going to get you into schools you couldn't get into last year. I'd wait to apply as a junior to schools more competitive than the one you're attending. I'd also retake the SATs for school that allow it.
