Transfer from VCCS to VT Mechanical Engineering

I want to transfer to Tech for MechE in a year when registration opens up again. I currently have a 3.87 at my CC and I won’t have my Associates Degree by next fall so I can’t apply for guaranteed admission.

What are the GPA and EC requirements for transferring from VCCS into an engineering program at Virginia Tech?
