I realize that UC Berkeley only has an 8% transfer rate for civil engineering, and that my resume is nowhere near perfect. I'm thinking that leaving two very important classes (Physics II and Chemistry II) for next semester in Spring 2015 might hurt me. And that B in Physics I, a very important subject in engineering, does me no good either. Just wondering if I have the slightest bit of chance though.
