Transfer to University of Michigan

I'm currently a pre-med community college student with a 3.95 GPA. I would be a winter transfer in 2016 but by that time I would have accumulated over 60 credits and have my associates from the community college. Currently I'm the Vice President and Secretary of the college's Psychology Club and should be President in the fall. I plan on joining Phi Theta Kappa this upcoming semester as well as Active Minds. I have volunteered for campaigns for mental health and managed a fundraiser. I'll be attending EPA in March with my club. I plan on shadowing a doctor this semester and doing a summer internship and becoming EMT certified. I want to apply to LSA and do their Psychology program. What are my chances? I blew it in high school and my GPA was a 2.3 and I haven't taken the SAT yet. I test very well however and believe I will get above a 2100. Based on this information and if I succeeded in all of these, what are my chances? Thanks!
