Transfer - What are my chances?

Okay, so quick run-through/intro. Homeschooled all my life, started taking college courses at age 16, now sophomore at 17, currently at CC, want to transfer to 4-year next spring.

Ethnicity - Half Japanese/Half American.

Education-wise:

-Biology major.
-4.0 GPA
-Community College :P
-37 credits so far.
-Will graduate HS next spring (4.0 GPA)
-Probably irrelevant, but 32 ACT.

Extracurriculars:

-Currently training to become an EMT (just something I wanted to do for fun, won't be certified by time of transfer).
-Strong interest/hobby - Showing & training dogs. #1 youth handler in AKC Obedience and Schutzhund. Multiple national championship wins and top three placements in AKC obedience & Schutzhund (competing in youth championships and regular adult championships). Train dogs professionally for pet, therapy-work, and show (get paid $100-5000 per job). Currently raising future guide-dog puppy.
-Piano for 12 years. Played competitively winning/placing high at local/state/regional competitions and giving local concerts until a serious hand injury from practicing too much at age 13. Had chance at Julliard and a life as a concert pianist before injury. Took break, hand somewhat better, now play for selective youth orchestra and was selected to go tour Europe and give concerts next spring.
-Art and Photography. Practiced various art medias for 12 years winning local/state/regional competitions, and even had one piece displayed at some museum in New York for winning gold key award. Now pretty much switched to photography, and run a small but successful photography business.
-Have hand-stamped metal jewelry and dog id tag business. Make and sell products at local events and craft fairs, but have recently started selling more through online sites such as Etsy.
-Taekwondo black belt. Currently help teach younger students.

Community service/volunteer work.

-300+ Humane Society volunteer hours. I walk, train, and photograph the adoptable pets there. Also help out at HS events and adoptathons.
-500+ small/large animal vet volunteer hours.
-200+ volunteer hours at hospital. Currently volunteer in ER. Will have more of these hours (anywhere from 400-500) by time of transfer.
-Currently working on nationwide non-profit that would ultimately help solve the shelter/dog overpopulation problem in America. Might be done by time of transfer.

-Reach schools: Middlebury & Vanderbilt.
-Safety school: University of Alabama.

Are either of my reach schools (particularly Middlebury) even a possibility?

You’ve done everything you can so far. Your grades and scores are strong. It’s just that transferring into Midd is pretty tough. You’re definitely a possibility. Nothing is guaranteed though. Best of luck!

Just have a solid essay and you’re a-ok!! And if it helps, my ACT was lower than yours but I got in (even though I went to private school) just sell yourself as well as possible to admissions. Best of luck!!
