<p>I am a first year student at Texas Tech, I want to take a transfer to USC and I really want to get in there. What is the scope for engineering to get in, and is it worth going for a campus tour too make my chances better. I am not looking for aid for the university, does it make it easier to get in?, what is the college GPA required to get in? Also I am looking for University of Maryland, College Park campus for transfer, what is the transfer rate there, and is it good in engineering?</p>
