“Students’ records must be free of all failure, conditional and incomplete grades”</p>

<p>I have lots of F’s from my old school. currently i am attending a CC here in NYC with no failures, but one withdraw. are they going to flat out reject me based on the numerous F’s that i got in my old school?</p>
