Transferring Courses from UC Tap to UC application

I’ve updated my UC tap, but when I get to the point in my UC app where I can transfer the information on the tap planner to it, it isn’t letting me. The application seems to think that my login id and/or my email are invalid. Is there anything I can do about this?

Yea I’m having the same issue also. I’m gonna try to call tomorrow to try and resolve this issue.

I’m having the same issue. I think it’s because we haven’t actually submitted the UCTAP yet. The filing period for it is September 1-30, so I think once we actually submit it then we’ll be able to copy it into our application. I could be wrong though, so if anyone heard anything or was able to do it let me know please! ;:wink:

I was able to get it to work by changing my Username/Login ID and waiting the next business day. I called the UC Help Center and they said they update their system every business day at 10am. So maybe try that.
