Ok so I'm currently attending a 4 year technology college at the moment in my second year. But I am not so happy with my current situation, having a mediocre gpa and majors that I am not really interested in. Yes it was my fault for jumping straight in to a major/school I thought I was going to settle for. At this point I just want to get the heck out of here, I'm so miserable.

My chances of transferring out look a bit grim, so I thought of a possible alternative. I was thinking of transferring out of my current 4 year school back to community college to start over. That way there are more potential majors of interest to select from. So my plan is take 2 years of CC courses, then transfer out to a state university for my last 2 years.

Now my question is would this be a bad idea? Does anybody have any experiences to share or any sound advice for my plan?
