Hey guys,
So didn’t complete my first year of school at Merrimack College that well. I passed only 4 classes. I’m supposed to be starting my sophomore year of college this fall and I am to graduate in 2020. I transferred to a community college to get my credits and GPA up. I want to transfer to a University, but how long do you think I have to be at the community college to be able to get accepted to another university? One year or one semester? Will I be able to graduate with a Bachelors Degree in 2020?
If you passed only 4 classes your first year, then you lost just over a full semester-- assuming 5 classes, 3 credits each more or less per semester. So it sounds to me as though graduation has been moved back until at least December 2020, possibly later.
I would suggest staying at CC and getting your Associate’s Degree, then transferring.
