Transferring from Rutgers Newark to New Brunswick?

<p>I am thinking about transferring from Rutgers Newark to New Brunswick if I attend Rutgers Newark. I will like to ask, has any one here done that, and will it be a hard thing to do? I have read the websites requirements for transferring between the Rutgers Campuses, and will maintain a GPA of 3.5 and above. My goal is to have a 4.0 GPA by the end of the two semesters, I am determined... So say if I do maintain a GPA of say 3.7, will transferring between the campuses be hard?</p>
