My name is Sam Knight and I am a freshman at Southern Illinois University at Carbondale double majoring in Communications (PR) and Business (Marketing).

I'm unhappy with SIUC for a variety of reasons, and am interested in transferring to another public university in the Midwest region.

I would love to go into the field of advertising. I've particularly been interested in University of Illinois at Chicago, U of I at Champaign-Urbana, UW-Madison, and University of Indiana at Bloomington.

I am a member of the University Honors Program in good academic standing, am a member of the Phi Kappa Tau fraternity (serious community service hours involved), and a member of the American Advertising Federation and Geography Club RSO's.

Does anyone know specifically if one of these schools would potentially offer a sizable scholarship? and if any of these colleges are particularly receptive to transfer students? This also applies to Honors Program scholarships at these or any other schools.

Grateful for any help I can get!
