<p>I’m a student at Texas State University currently trying to transfer into UT. While I think that Texas State is an overall enjoyable school, it’s not very challenging. I had like a 3.6/5.0 in high school and at Texas State I have a 3.8/4.0. I personally am hoping to transfer out because of the lack of challenge in my courses. I’m not sure how it would be for a pre-med major though; your classes might be significantly harder…I’m not sure. Overall though, if your looking for a school with less academic rigor, Texas State might be for you. I guess that is one of the perks of going to Texas State, it’s not hard to be a genius here :)</p>
