Transferring into Northeastern?

I went to a private school, Drew University, in Madison, NJ for my first semester of college. I received a 2.5 GPA (terrible, I know, but bio absolutely killed me). I've currently transferred to Kansas State University and will only be here for the spring semester. I plan to bring my GPA up immensely whilst here. After I complete the spring semester, I will have about 29 credits. I did not take neither my SATs nor my ACTS, and I didn't finish high school so I don't have much to prove.

In order to successfully transfer into Northeastern, what do you think my GPA should be? I know right now if I were to apply and get in, it would be a miracle, which is why I'm waiting another semester in the hopes I bring up my GPA and increase the likelihood of being accepted.

I appreciate any and all help... Thank you.

I would say have a 3.5+.

is your major still the same as it was at drew? if it is and you can show that youve brought your grades up greatly (meaning basically all A’s and A-'s) it should indicate to the admissions that you had other issues with the school that made you do poorly. But GPA alone will get you nowhere, so even if you plan on being at kansas for a semester get involved. take advantage of any oppurtunities you can otherwise your gonna get looked over by the admissions department.
