As I make my undergrad decisions, the option of a pre-law track, where during the 4th year of undergrad one also takes 1L classes, seems very appealing. At the same time, I don’t necessarily want to be locked into my colleges law school if I can go somewhere better. Is it possible to complete 1L at one university during 4th year of undergrad, then transfer to a different law school for 2L and 3L? Not even sure I’d wanna do this, I’m just curious if it’s theoretically possible. I cannot find this info anywhere and was wondering if anyone knows?
What school are we talking about?
Either Marquette University or the James Madison College at MSU. I like them for undergrad but was hoping to go to a higher tier law school
Well, then I think you answered your own question. Both are not highly ranked with Marquette being a tad higher than James Madison, which would be like quibbling about the Chargers and the Chiefs.
