So I went away to college for 2 years and had it pretty rough over there. My grades were suffering, my friendships were suffering and I couldn’t focus on my work, also distance was a problem. I ended my sophomore year pretty bad and now I have a 3.0 GPA. Now that the upcoming semester is coming, I have decided to stay home and work instead because I want to transfer somewhere close to home for the spring semester. Im not getting much support from anyone, however, I am determined to pursue premed when I get back to school.
Things I am afraid of:
- Not being able to successfully transfer
- I hear premed is very competitive and that most people don’t make it
- The lack of support from family and friends is making me doubt everything
Any advice from someone who knows about this stuff. Is this a normal experience that college people go through?
Please help me, I am literally balling my eyes out right now. I can’t take this.
