Is Florida State University Panama City the best way to transfer into FSU?
Unless something has changed, FSU Panama City (at least, the one in Florida) is an entirely separate campus from the main FSU campus, with its own acceptance policies and majors, etc.
If you just want the FSU name on your degree, sure, that’s one way to get the FSU name on your degree. Will it get you through the major at the main campus in Tallahassee? Again, unless something has changed… no. You’d be accepted to FSU-PC, and live in Panama City and take classes at that campus.
The best way to transfer to FSU is by attending one of the other colleges in Tallahassee. The reason being that FSU sends representatives to these schools(I know they sent reps to TCC, idk about FAMU) where you can have a face to face talk and put a face on your application. The best thing at this point for you is to schedule a tour of the FSU campus. TCC also has the TCC2FSU program for freshmen that you can apply for that guarantees you admittance to FSU when you earned your AA degree as long as you meet the program objectives each semester.

You also have to be careful about whether you are applying to a limited or open access program as limited access is really competitive unless you know what limited access programs are starved for students.
