<p>I am in a community college in the state of Ohio and I have a 3.21 GPA and 28 credits and I want to transfer to ohio state. Since I have below 30 credits I will have to send my high school transcript with my SAT score and High school GPA. My SAT score was a 1000/1600 and my High school GPA was a 3.3. So do I have a chance?</p>
