<p>I'm applying to Pace University in manhattan for spring'08. I've heard that it is very easy to get into and not that easy from others.

This acceptance rate is from November 2006 I believe. I had a 2.8 in high school and currently I have about a 3.3 at a small liberal arts school in PA. I was just wondering, what are my chances of being accepted? This stat(assuming its correct) makes it seem like I'll definitely get in.</p>
<p>Also, if anyone has any past experience transferring to Pace, how hard is it to get housing? I know its late but I'm really hoping there is still housing left.</p>
