Is it possible or even allowed for a student to take a triple concetration at Harvard? I mean specifically is someone allowed to enter HKS HBS HLS
and if so has someone ever done this?

But that’s not a concentration.

Concentrations are for students of Harvard **College./B.

Harvard Business School/Law School/Kennedy School of Government are its GRADUATE schools. No concentrations there. I’ve heard of people doing joint JD/MBA degrees. But they’re not really simultaneous either.

so is it possible then to go to all 3 of thesegrauate schools at once?

Technically, maybe?

Realistically, it’s like the equivalent of taking on 3 full time jobs. Or worse. It’s not going to happen.

so has anybody ever done this?

Why are you asking? Are you even in College yet? Much less considering a Grad school?

This just seems very pie-in-the-sky and pointless to me.

does it it really matter why Im asking? seriously if you have nothing to contribute just dont post at all

I’m going to guess that nobody has ever done it. It would be suicide. Not to mention near-impossible to get into them all.

And it does matter why you’re asking. It helps us know what kind of answer you’re looking for.

kk then sorry for being rude ^^^ i didint mean anything by it

but Im just asking because I was torn between which joint degree program to follow, and was just wondering If I could just take all of them

most people would consider a decision to obtain three degrees, from HKS, HBS, and HLS, as utterly absurd. apart from the fact that it would be difficult to do it simultaneously - honestly, do you truly believe THREE degrees are necessary? perhaps you should take some time to think about what you want to do.

I smell prestige-whoring. But hey, that’s just me.

JungleFever, do you realise how incredibly difficult it is to get into ANY of these three schools, much less all of them? Shouldn’t you worry about getting into a good undergrad college first?

Apology accepted. Though, frankly, given the nature of your question (which was misinformed and rather absurd) what did you expect in response?

My daughter’s proctor is doing HBS and HLS at the same time.

Joint degree programs are not uncommon, but generally they’re not done concurrently – they’re done in a sequence specified by the two graduate/professional programs. For example, an MD/PhD student at HMS does the first two years of medical school, then completes a PhD, then returns to medical school for the last two years.

Joint degree programs between three degrees, I have not heard of.
