Trying to find CS school in California

Hi,

I am a Hispanic male who lives in Texas.
I have a 3.8/4.0UW GPA and a 4.8/6.0 W.

My no-prep SAT score is around 1800 but I want to get it above 2100 with studying.

I want a good CS school in California that is around a city and has lots of shops to visit so any suggestions are welcome.

what can you afford? Do you want to private school? Or public school? As you are from Texas you will be paying a lot of money to go to public colleges in California.
