I got my acceptance last week on wednesday.
To give some context:

I applied from a different NESCAC School (I was just not a good fit for it) and my GPA was 3.86 with very strong ECs. My high school record was quite strong too, scored 40/45 in the IB with a difficult course load however my SAT Is were quite low at 1920 and my subect test were horrendous.

I think the real reason I got in aside from my GPA and IB scores was my essay: I took a gap year and i talked about the mutli-culturalism I experienced and how I want more of it at Tufts compared to my current school.

I am still waiting to hear from some schools but unless I get in to an Ivy or Northwestern I think I will go to Tufts.

Strangely enough I got rejected from NYU Steinhardt today. I mean I was most likely going to choose Tufts over Steinhardt but I thought I’d post it as encouragement for others… the application process is weird and even weirder for transfers! Don’t give up hope!

got accepted on May 14th to Tufts engineering school! I think there will be more acceptance!

getting soooo frustrated waiting for Tufts haha. got into my #2 choice yesterday and I couldn’t fully enjoy it cause I had tufts hanging over my head

JUST GoT IN!!! I’m driving back from vacation with my fam and saw the email and literally started screaming!!! I CANT BELUEVE THIS IS REAL!!! got rejected from Tufts ED in HS and it’s been my top choice ever since. just hoping I can afford it
