Just wanted to verify the tuition rates.

I know full time is 12-18 credit hours per semester.

According to the Website 12-18 credits in Engineering is $5,494. So if she has scheduled 13 hours (of tough classes), can she take up to five more credits hours for the same price? She really doesn't want to load up on more core academic courses but may pick-up a class or two just because it would be interesting IF SHE IS PAYING THE SAME PRICE, anyway.

Many of her AP classes and community college courses filled her electives but there are so many classes that she would LIKE to take.

You are correct. 12-18 credits is the same price.

another question:

when are tuition and board payments ALL due?

And how do we pay?

thansk

Payments are due by August 31, 2008 and January 7, 2009. Your student will need to grant Parent Permission to the Wolverine Access. Full details can be read on the FAQ page: U of M Student Financial Operations: FAQ's
They do not accept credit cards. There is information on payment plans, etc.

That was kind of strange the first year - the University deals with the student only unless they grant your permission, specifically. (Financial Aid and Student Health Services - not fun when we were dealing with the flu long distance!)
