<p>I got this letter from ND about TuitionPay a couple of weeks ago and my parents are very confused about this option of payment.</p>

<p>Whatever balance you have after deducting loans and scholarships, you may pay in either 9 or 10 monthly payments with NO interest. There is a one time $50 fee. It's a good deal.</p>
