Tulane Application

<p>The application is not available yet for 2011-2012 admissions, but can anyone answer the following about last years application (Tulane's own, not the Universal):
--as far as essays, I assume there was the "big" essay with similar prompts to the common app, plus a short essay discussing one of your interest or activities...but was there another essay/question--like a "Why Tulane" question?</p>

<p>Also, can anybody weigh in on why use the Universal App over Tulane's own App or vice versa?</p>

<p>it is very important to answer the Why Tulane optional essay. When doing so, talk about Tulane specifically and not New Orleans. Try to say things that will let admissions know that you have researched or visited Tulane.</p>
