<p>Haven’t they always been locked? You just need to be able to find a way in (and hopefully someone that knows their way around). ;)</p>
<p>The grapevine says that students caught places they are not supposed to be are no longer having a blind eye turned, and instead are threatened with severe consequences. Sad, and definitely the end of a very long era :(</p>
