Does Tuskegee Univ. REALLY not have an online application? All of the links take me to a pdf application. Can’t get anyone on the phone at admissions.
You could always apply to Tuskegee with the Black Common Application along with about 50 or so other HBCU’s for $35 which is an electronic submission. Good luck.
