<p>Hello! My daughter and I are making early plans on decorating her dorm room, and I was wondering if anyone knew the measurements or dimensions that a headboard would best fit. We are guessing about 38" wide since the bed is 36". We want to add an inch to each side. She wants it to be pretty tall, so any advice would be greatly appreciated!!</p>
<p>It depends how high you will want the bed set. Generally students who are planning to loft their beds should not plan on a headboard.</p>
