<p>Is there any colleges in Florida that offer credit hr that is not over price for out of state student? Or any program i can sign up for so that i don't have to pay too much fee's.</p>
<p>If you are talking about going to a public university in Florida…the only way to get the inexpensive prices is to be an instate resident. Florida has a fabulous scholarship program for instate residents with great grades and SAT scores. BUT if you are NOT a resident you are not eligible.</p>
<p>The only way to become eligible for these low “fees” is to MOVE to Florida WITH YOUR FAMILY (because undergrads are deemed residents of the state in which their parents reside unless they are over 24, are married, are a veteran, are an orphan, etc).</p>
