TV Analysis Classes

<p>Is anyone taking a class where you analyze televisions shows? I was talking to my friends about LOST, and we spent a very long time theorizing and analyzing the story. I would love to take a class analyzing LOST in college. Please post the college where you are taking the class. Thanks everyone!</p>

<p>Yes, you heard right. I spent the entire semester analyzing
MTV reality shows and "The Hills." Yes, be jealous that it's
considered a more rigorous course than basic english. Yes,
be jealous of the fact that i cherry picked a professors who
was teaching a cool topic in a hard class section. Yes,
be jealous that my final report was a 10 page paper on
"The Apprentice."</p>

<p>I'm taking a class on narrative complexity right now at Wesleyan U. We talked about Lost lass class!</p>

<p>at my school there probably is or has something very similar we take classes about everything and everything too fufill our english requirements mines irish history this semester</p>

<p>my freshman year for intro to media studies i wrote my midterm about lost. it was actually about the viral marketing aspect and how jj abrams slaps his name on things that tbqh have very little to do with him. i really wanted to call it "jj abrams is a big ol' jerk" but i had to go with something a little more ~~academic.</p>
